Configure OpenID authentification with Azure App role

Hello.

Does someone succeed to configure OpenId authentification for client and admin frontend for roles with only one Azure app ?

When we configure the app role for admin, this one is took by default and i don't understand how to add user app role in the Azure app settings in order to be able to assign distinct role on user account.
