[Bug]: Root directory not be modify by virtual folders #2114

Bug description
After creating the virtual folders, and then the Root directory within that virtual folders, everything works fine. However, after restarting the sftpgo service and re-entering the virtual folder settings, the Root directory reverts to its unmodified state.
Steps to reproduce
1.creating the virtual folders .
2. modify Root directory within that virtual folders, everything works fine.
3. restarting the sftpgo service
4. re-entering the virtual folder settings, the Root directory reverts to its unmodified state.
Expected behavior
Root directory reverts to its unmodified state
