Support serverside copy SFTP extension #2125

I want GUI clients to be able to perform serverside copies over SFTP.
Describe the solution you'd like
copy-file is the standardised command for this, as defined in https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-ietf-secsh-filexfer-extensions-00. It has decent support from various clients.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I see that there already exists the SSH command sftpgo-copy. But it's non-standard and difficult to hook into various SFTP clients because it's not actually SFTP.
What are you using SFTPGo for?
Small business (3-person firm with file exchange?)
